At ProACT Critical Care Academy, we strive to provide high-quality training for all our students. To ensure that our classes are effective and meet the needs of participants, we may occasionally need to cancel a class due to low enrollment. Below is our policy for handling such cancellations for both basic-level and instructor-level classes.
1. Basic-Level Classes Basic-level classes include courses such as First Aid, CPR, AED, and other similar offerings.
Cancellation Notification: If a basic-level class is canceled due to low enrollment, students will be notified no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
Options for Students:
- Reschedule: Students may reschedule their enrollment for another class at no additional cost.
- Refund: Students may request a full refund of their class fees.
Process for Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation notice.
2. Instructor-Level Classes Instructor-level classes include courses such as American Red Cross Instructor certification programs.
Cancellation Notification: If an instructor-level class is canceled due to low enrollment, students will be notified no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled class start date.
Options for Students:
- Reschedule: Students may reschedule their enrollment for another instructor-level class at no additional cost.
- Refund: If no instructor-level classes are available within 90 days of the original class date, students may request a full refund of their class fees.
Process for Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the request if no rescheduling option is available.
