How do I access my Blended Learning or Online Course?

I received an email from the American Red Cross or Salesforce Automation confirming my enrollment.*

  1. Go to RedCrossLearningCenter.org

    • If you've registered for a First Aid/CPR/AED online course, you can access it on PC, tablets and mobile devices and on Apple® Safari® 13+, Microsoft® Edge 85+, Internet Explorer 11, Mozilla® Firefox® 81+ and Google Chrome 85+ browsers.  

    • For all other courses, copy RedCrossLearningCenter.org into a Firefox or Google Chrome browser. 

  2.  Log into the Red Cross Learning Center at RedCrossLearningCenter.org 

    • Your Red Cross Learning Center Username is the email you used when enrolling in the course.

  3. Enter Your Password.  If you do not have or remember your password, click the Forgot password link to set up a new password.

  4. Under the "Classes" tab, select "Classes I'm Taking" then launch the course.


*I am taking a Blended Learning course and have not received any emails from the American Red Cross or Salesforce Automation.

  • The email was likely sent to your spam or junk mailbox. Please check those folders within the email account you used to enroll in your course. If you are not able to find it, try resetting your password.

  • If resetting your password is not successful, it may also be possible your instructor has not yet enrolled you in the Red Cross Learning Center yet. If you just enrolled in a Blended Learning course, please allow up to 48 hours for your instructor to provide you with the Blended Learning information. If you still can't find the email providing access to the course's online portion, please contact customer support.


I received a voucher code from my instructor.

  1. Go to RedCrossLearningCenter.org

    • If you've registered for a First Aid/CPR/AED online course, you can access it on PC, tablets and mobile devices and on Apple® Safari® 13+, Microsoft® Edge 85+, Internet Explorer 11, Mozilla® Firefox® 81+ and Google Chrome 85+ browsers.  

    • For all other courses, copy RedCrossLearningCenter.org into a Firefox or Google Chrome browser. 

  2. Click "Claim Voucher" button and enter your legal name, email, phone number, and the voucher code provided by your instructor.

  3. Click "Enroll Learner" and follow the prompts. Make sure to return to your email to set a password.


I was directed to this website to use the Self Enrollment Service (SES).

  1. Go to Blended Learning Self Enrollment Service page.
