General Information
Any customer who purchases a course within 24 hours prior to the start date and start time agrees that their purchase is not eligible for a refund.
There is no refund given for any students who do not attend their scheduled course. There is no refund for any student who does not pass a course for any reason. If a student does not pass, they will not be granted any form of refund, and would need to re-enroll for a course.
Refunds
Students may drop or reschedule a class until 48 hours before the in-person class session. After 48 hours, funds are forfeited, and no changes may be made. Discount codes will not be valid for change charges.
We understand that plans change. If they do, please cancel or reschedule in "My Classes" at least 48 hours before your class to maintain the value of your refund credit. Students who do not show up for a class without rescheduling or canceling their reservation will lose the value of their refund credit.
Cancellation
Cancellation for basic-level classes may be made at any time in accordance with the following policy. The cancellation period refers to the time before the first in-person session of a class. If you cancel a class, the cancellation charge will be deducted from the cost of your class. Any remaining value will be provided as a refund to the original payment method or via check.
A student can cancel class enrollment 15 days before the start of the class without penalty, if a cancellation occurs after this the following amounts are deducted from the original payment:
- 10% from 8 to 14 days before event starts;
- 25% from 3 to 7 days before event starts;
- 50% from 1 to 2 days before event starts;
- 100% from 0 to 0 days before event starts or 1 day after event starts
Please note: any sales tax incurred will be refunded; however, if a cancellation fee was incurred on an order and the original transaction was taxed then the cancellation fee may be taxed.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to the course start time will be assessed a $20 charge, plus the difference in cost (if applicable).
How to Cancel a Class
Locate the original enrollment confirmation email for your class and select "Manage my enrollments" at the bottom of the email. Verify your email address and select "Cancel enrollment" next to the class you would like to drop.
How to Reschedule a Class
Please create a support ticket or email support@proactacademy.com to request transfer your enrollment.
Pop-Up Locations
The seat selected by the purchaser listed as “pop up location” guarantees a seat in the specific date, time, and general location listed during the registration process. All courses listed as “pop up location” are not guaranteed for a reattempt, reschedule, or transfer at the same location. When Purchasing a “pop up location” designated course, the purchaser agrees that in the event a request is made by the purchaser to cancel, reschedule, or reattempt the original training into another date and time, the same location will not be guaranteed. All fees for rescheduling and transfer requests into another date and time would apply as listed above. Refund requests for a course listed as “pop up location” are assessed on the above listed refund policy.
Online Only Classes
All Online Only Courses are “All Sales Final”. This means that there is no refund and no reschedules for any Online Only courses. The purchaser agrees upon checkout that no refund will be provided, and no reschedules will be granted.
