Rescheduling

Rescheduling less than seven days to 48 hours before the first in-person meeting/session of a class will be assessed a $20 charge, plus the difference in cost (if applicable).


How to Cancel or Reschedule a Class*

  1. Go to www.proactacademy.com and select “Log In” at the upper right of the screen.

  2. If you already have an account, log in. If you do not, select “Sign Up”. Be sure to use the same email used when you placed the order.

  3. Once logged in, select the down arrow next to your profile avatar and select “My Classes.”

  4. Select “Reschedule class” and confirm your change. 


We will make every effort to process eligible credits and refunds within 7 business days. Once processed, refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit/debit card statement. eCredits will be issued to the email entered in your account. Classes paid for by cash or a check will be refunded in the form of a check to the person named in the enrollment, typically within 20 days.


*If the window for self-rescheduling has passed, please initiate a support ticket.
