Cancellation (i.e., dropping a class or unenrolling from a class) for basic-level classes may be made at any time under the following policy.
The cancellation period refers to the time before the first in-person session of a class. If you cancel a class, the cancellation charge will be deducted from the cost of your class. Any remaining value will be provided as an eCredit that can be used to purchase another class or product. Participants who would like to request a refund for the original form of payment must initiate a support ticket. Requests for refunds are evaluated on an individual basis.
