Upon successful completion of a class, your instructor will submit your records to the American Red Cross for processing. You will receive an email from no-reply@redcross.org with your certificates attached generally within two business days of completion; however, it may take up to 10 days. If you require expedited service to receive your completion certificate, please submit a support ticket.
If you did not receive an email visit redcross.org/take-a-class/digital-certificate.
- You will need to supply your Email Address or First Name, Last Name, Year and Month when class was taught or Certificate ID.
- Click Find and you will be directed to your digital certificate.
- From there you can print, download and share as needed.
