No-Show

Modified on Thu, Oct 26, 2023 at 12:43 PM

Any enrolled student who does not show up to an enrolled class without notice or request for change or cancelation is not entitled to a refund, credit, voucher, or transfer to another class. Under no circumstances will a student be granted a refund, change, or voucher if there is no notice of absence before the class.

In addition, a "No-Show Without Notice" notation will be made in the student's permanent attendance record, and a grade of "Unsuccessful (U)" will be reported on the Training Center Transcript per American Red Cross policy. Excessive no-shows may impose restrictions and limits on future enrollments.

Appeals for extenuating circumstances prohibiting a student from providing notice before a class may be made by submitting a support ticket under the reason "appeal."
