Official grades (ones reported to the American Red Cross) are entered in the Student Record System. Once you enroll in a course with PACCA, you should receive an email with information on setting up an account. You can view your Training Center Transcript and other grade and student information here.
To view your official course grade on the Training Center Transcript:
Sign into the Student Record System using your email and password. If you do not yet have a password, set one using the email sent or contact customer support.
Once logged in, navigate to the "Grades" menu and select "Transcript". Here you should find all of the official grades reported to the American Red Cross. Note: Only grades and courses taken through PACCA are reflected on this transcript.
If you receive an error message and a prompt to contact your administrator, don't hesitate to contact customer support to reactivate your account.
